Weloom is a SaaS platform for AI onboarding, built for French SMBs and mid-market companies (50 to 500 employees). Our mission: make every new hire feel supported, autonomous and useful from day one — without overloading HR teams.

Why we built Weloom

In SMBs and mid-market companies, onboarding new hires is often done by hand. HR sends countless emails, the manager improvises a schedule, the new joiner hunts for their credentials. It's expensive in time, and it's not an experience that lives up to expectations.

Existing solutions are either too heavy (enterprise HRIS that cost a fortune) or too light (a shared Notion, PDF binders). In between, there was no platform that is focused on onboarding, affordable, and that leverages AI to personalize the experience at scale.

What we're building

A platform that covers the full cycle:

• Preboarding: keep the recruiting promise alive between signature and day one.
• Active onboarding: a personalized journey, a 24/7 AI assistant, and tracking for HR and managers.
• Offboarding: a dual-signature checklist, knowledge transfer, a clean exit.

All of it, guided by three principles:

1. AI is a companion, not a replacement. Our Companion assistant relies on your document base to answer, and points to the right people when it doesn't know.
2. Multi-tenancy is non-negotiable. Each company is isolated by PostgreSQL Row Level Security, and AI conversations are encrypted with a per-tenant derived key.
3. Made in France, hosted in Europe. No "AI" button that quietly ships your data to the other side of the world.

The team

A small, focused technical team based in France that codes, designs and talks to customers. No sales layer between you and the people who build the product.

Our commitments

• No data reselling — your data is only used to deliver the service.
• No AI training on your data — our providers (Anthropic, OpenAI) do not reuse API payloads to train their models.
• No advertising cookies — only the technical cookies that are strictly necessary.
• Transparency on subprocessors — the list is public on the Subprocessors page, with their DPAs.
