1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the Weloom.ai platform ("the Platform"), published by Weloom, available at https://weloom.ai.
The Platform provides a SaaS AI onboarding service for companies (SMBs / mid-market), covering the preboarding → active onboarding → offboarding cycle, with a configurable AI assistant.

3. Acceptance of the Terms
Using the Platform implies full acceptance of these Terms. Creating a tenant account via the /signup page constitutes acceptance. The Customer warrants that it has the authority required to bind its company.
4. Service description
The Platform allows a Customer (company) to:
- create and manage onboarding journeys (text, video, PDF, quiz modules);
- invite its employees (new hires, HR, managers, buddies);
- provide a configurable conversational AI assistant (the "Companion") (persona, tone, language);
- generate journeys and illustrations via AI (Premium offering);
- track progress, gamification and onboarding compliance.
Features evolve. The publisher reserves the right to modify or evolve features at any time.
5. Account creation and management
5.1 Accounts
A tenant account is created by an HR administrator ("HR Admin"). Employees (new hires, managers, buddies) are invited by the HR Admin via email, without standalone account creation.
5.2 Access security
The User is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials. Any SSO access (Google, Microsoft) remains under their responsibility. In the event of suspected compromise, the user must inform their HR Admin and the publisher without delay.
5.3 Conduct
The User agrees not to:
- use the Platform for illegal purposes or purposes contrary to the rights of third parties;
- attempt to circumvent the technical security measures (multi-tenant isolation, rate limit, etc.);
- upload to the knowledge base content they are not authorized to distribute;
- misuse the AI Companion assistant for purposes unrelated to onboarding (off-topic chat, prompt injection, exfiltration).
6. Service availability
The publisher undertakes to use its best efforts regarding the availability of the Platform, without however guaranteeing 100% availability. No contractual service-level commitment (SLA) applies outside a specific Enterprise contract.
Planned interruptions may occur for maintenance, notified where possible.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 Platform
The code, interface, brand, logos and editorial content of the Platform are the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners.
7.2 Customer content
Content uploaded by the Customer (journeys, knowledge base, persona configuration, etc.) remains the Customer's exclusive property. The Customer grants the publisher a non-exclusive license to use it strictly as necessary to perform the service (storage, indexing for search, AI generation).
7.3 AI-generated content
Content produced by the AI models (generated journeys, Companion answers, illustrations) belongs to the Customer. The publisher claims no ownership of the outputs.
8. Pricing and payment
Pricing terms are described on the /pricing page. Prices are shown excl. VAT (applicable VAT is added automatically by our payment provider Stripe).
The 14-day free trial does not require a credit card. At the end of the trial, the subscription is only activated by explicit sign-up via Stripe Elements.
Any month started is due. Payment is monthly, with no implied renewal of a commitment period longer than one month.
9. Term and termination
The contract is concluded for an indefinite term, terminable at any time by the Customer via the Stripe Customer Portal (/rh/settings/billing). Termination takes effect at the end of the period already invoiced.
The publisher reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of serious breach of the Terms, after prior notice and a reasonable period to remedy.
10. Liability
10.1 Limitation
The publisher's liability is limited to the amounts actually paid by the Customer over the 12 months preceding the triggering event. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damage, nor for any loss of data attributable to the Customer (responsibility for regular data export via the GDPR functions).
10.2 AI
The outputs of the AI Companion assistant and generated content are produced by statistical models. Although the publisher deploys safeguards (RAG grounding on the knowledge base, anti-hallucination prompts, strict Zod validation), the Customer remains responsible for fact-checking before publishing generated content, and for the quality of information surfaced to employees.
11. Personal data
The terms for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA). The list of technical subprocessors is available on the Subprocessors page.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance will be brought, failing amicable settlement, before the competent courts of [To be completed].
