Frequently asked questions
Do I need a credit card for the trial?▾
Yes, a card is requested at sign-up, but there's no charge for 14 days. The first payment only happens at the end of the trial, and you can cancel any time (email reminder 3 days before). No surprises.
Why are prices shown excl. VAT?▾
It's the B2B SaaS convention in Europe — our customers are businesses that reclaim VAT. Stripe Tax automatically adds the applicable VAT based on your country at payment time.
What are Premium generations?▾
Premium AI generation produces richer journeys (up to 50 dense modules), with AI illustrations and curated video suggestions. The Growth plan includes 5/month, Enterprise includes unlimited.
How do I cancel?▾
You can cancel any time from the Stripe portal (Settings → Billing). No lock-in — you pay for the current month and that's it.
Where is my data hosted?▾
In Europe (Supabase Frankfurt + Vercel EU). AI conversations are encrypted at the application level (AES-256-GCM, per-company key). More details on the Security page.
